Have you ever asked yourself how you can use affirmations to create better results in your life? It’s crazy how many people overlook or dismiss the idea of affirmations not being a real tool when it comes to creating change. The beauty of affirmations lies in their simplicity.
Why go looking for a complicated solution when you can use affirmations?
The best thing about affirmations is that you can create them to support you in every area of life. Use them to help improve and maintain your relationships, to create the levels of wealth you require, to manifest particular results or objects, and even to focus on areas of health or your body.
They are free and accessible to everyone, and you can use affirmations anywhere and anytime.
What do you do when you’re driving? If you’re like most people you probably crank up the stereo and listen to your favorite tunes or maybe something super positive like talk back radio… Instead, use this time to say your affirmations. If no one’s around say them out loud, or if this doesn’t feel good just repeat them to yourself in your mind.
Do you workout at the gym or go walking or cycling? Use this time to repeat your affirmations, especially if they’re related to health or physical issues. Walking around the shops or sitting at your desk working? Make use of this time and use it to run through your affirmations in your mind. No one will know what you’re doing – unless of course you’re doing it out loud!
Another effective way you can use affirmations is to listen to them when you are relaxing, meditating or even sleeping. There are several ways you can do this. You can again repeat them to yourself in your mind, or you can listen to pre-programmed audio. These days there is an abundance of audio available offering affirmations on just about every topic you could imagine.
In a slight twist on this, you can create your own audio to play to yourself. Most mobile phones today come with a voice memo or voice recording function. This is a great way to feed yourself the exact messages you want to hear. You can even play some soft relaxation or baroque music in the background as you record them to make it feel even more real. Put it on repeat and play to yourself as you fall asleep each night. As your brain waves slow down and you reach the slowest frequency of delta, you’ll be reaching your subconscious mind and programming it exactly how you want. If you share a bed you may want to put some headphones in!
Affirmations make you feel good and really help to raise your vibrational energy. Without a doubt they are one of the most effective tools you can use to help consciously co-create your life. These are just a few examples of how you can use affirmations in your life. Would love to hear how you use them, so leave a comment below.
